Plant Warranty Policy

At Morris Nursery, we proudly guarantee all trees and shrubs with the purchase of our recommended amendments for one year from date of purchase.

• ​Plants must be planted according to the instructions and recommended products noted below  

• All returns must be accompanied by receipt and valid warranty sheet  

• No refunds will be made on warrantied plants; Exchange or replacement only  

• Plants purchased on sale will only be credited for the sale price  

• The customer is responsible for paying the difference between the original plant price and the new plant price.

Our warranty does NOT cover: 

• Plants planted in pots/containers  

• Plants killed or damaged by rodents, insects, animals, chemical damage, mechanical damage 

• Plants killed or damaged by watering issues, neglect, lack of care  

• Annuals, Bedding Plants, House Plants, Air Plants, Tropicals, Dogwoods

*If at any point you notice a problem with your plants, we ask that you bring in sample leaves, a small branch, or photos immediately so we may determine the issue & find a solution
